You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link included in each email or by contacting us at support@postloop.co. We will process your unsubscribe request promptly, though it may take a few business days for changes to take effect.

Postloop offers subscription-based services. By selecting a paid plan, you agree to pay the applicable subscription fees as described at the time of purchase. All fees are charged in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on the plan you choose).

All payments are processed by a third-party payment processor. By providing your payment information, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge the applicable fees to your selected payment method.

Subscription fees are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds or credits will be issued for partial billing periods. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing cycle.

Postloop uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to enhance your experience, analyze usage patterns, and deliver personalized content. By using our platform, you consent to the use of cookies in accordance with our privacy policy. You may manage your cookie preferences through your browser settings; however, disabling certain cookies may affect the functionality of our services.

All content, features, and functionality on the Postloop platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, video, software, and underlying code — are the exclusive property of Postloop or its licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any content you create, upload, or publish through our platform. By using Postloop, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your content solely for the purpose of operating and providing our services.

Postloop and its services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Your use of Postloop is at your sole risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Postloop, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the platform.

In no event shall Postloop's total liability exceed the amount you have paid to Postloop in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Postloop reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms of Service at any time at our sole discretion. If we make material changes, we will notify you by posting the updated terms on our platform and updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Postloop, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the platform, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Postloop operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices or policies published on the platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and Postloop regarding your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, communications, and understandings, whether written or oral.

If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not affect the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.

The failure of Postloop to enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. Any waiver of any provision of these terms will be effective only if in writing and signed by Postloop.
