Postloop integrates with third-party social media networks and services to provide its core functionality. When you connect your social media accounts, those platforms may share certain information with us in accordance with their own privacy policies. Google User Data

When you connect your YouTube account, Postloop accesses your YouTube channel information, video metadata, and analytics data via the YouTube API Services. Postloop's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google user data is used solely to:

• Upload and publish videos to your YouTube channel on your behalf
• Display your YouTube channel information and video statistics within the Postloop dashboard
• Show YouTube Analytics data (views, watch time, subscribers) in your Postloop analytics reports

Sharing, Transfer & Disclosure of Google User Data

We do not sell, rent, lease, or trade Google user data to any third party. Google user data obtained through YouTube API Services may be shared only in the following limited circumstances:

• Infrastructure providers: Our cloud hosting and database providers (such as Google Cloud Platform and managed database services) process and store Google user data on our behalf solely to operate the Postloop service. These providers are bound by data protection agreements and do not have independent rights to use your data.
• Legal obligations: We may disclose Google user data if required by law, legal process, or governmental request.
• With your consent: We may share data in other circumstances only with your explicit consent.

Google user data is not sent to any AI or machine learning services. AI-powered features within Postloop operate only on content you draft directly within the platform.

You can revoke Postloop's access to your Google account at any time by visiting your Google Account Permissions page. Upon revocation, we will cease accessing your Google user data and delete cached data within 30 days.

Artificial Intelligence (AI) Services

Postloop uses OpenAI (GPT models and DALL-E) to power AI features such as content generation, post suggestions, caption writing, and image creation. When you use these features, the text you draft within Postloop may be sent to OpenAI for processing. Data obtained from your connected third-party accounts (such as YouTube channel data, analytics, or social media account information) is never sent to OpenAI or any other AI service. AI-generated content is provided as suggestions only; you retain full editorial control over what you publish.

Other Third-Party Service Providers

We may use third-party service providers for payment processing (Stripe), analytics, email delivery, and other operational purposes. These providers have access to your information only to perform tasks on our behalf and are contractually obligated to protect your data. We do not allow these providers to use your personal information for their own marketing or other purposes.
